I bought this knife as a budget replacement, but are impressed with the overall quality and feel of the knife I will most likely buy the other sizes too great product for the price!
Feels so good in the hand. Isn't a knife that is uncomfortabe to use worthless, no matter how sharp? This is indeed a bargain. And sharp out of the box. I do not have a dishwasher so the "rusting" issues mentioned in other reviews will be no issue. If you want to read some more balanced reviews about Jamie Oliver knives go to the UK Amazon site (where they are more commonly available) and read the reviews. After using this knife just one day, I ordered the 6" version. Probably the paring knife I will use most often, I have 8 paring knives of 6 brands.
