Diamant Eversharp S/S 3" Paring Knife w/ Poly Handle

I purchased three of these knives about 5-7 years ago and have used them continually since. When one was lost and the other broken by misuse, I bought some new knives at a local store. After trying five different brands and still not finding anything satisfactory, I was thrilled to find this wonderful knife still available. It does everything it says. I make almost all my meals from scratch for a family of nine and after many years of heavy use it still works fine. I highly recommend this wonderful product.

I had this knife since last 2 years, someone gifted me and I like this light weight and sharp knife very much. the steel part of it came out form the plastic recently and I bought couple of other same size knives and didn't like any. Therefore, I searched for this one and found it on amazon. Its cheap and good.

Have had a knife like this for years, it's still sharp. Wanted to replace some other knives,but couldn't find it locally. This is just a little bit different, little longer that my original but still love it. Feels good in my hand, so no slipping! Great for peeling and chopping.
