This is THE BEST vegetable peeler -simply THE BEST! I am truly obsessed with peelers, have about a million, and I have finally found THE ONE. It is sharp; the tip, which is useful for removing tomato cores, potato "eyes," etc., is sharp; the handle is comfortably large; it is altogether well-designed; and at this price, it is more than just "a good buy."
The fixed blade and small handle combine for a strong peeler. These are hard to find in the stores. I was very glad to find this one
