I am a cake finisher and have owned this spatula for 13 years. It is perfect. The length is comfortable and useful. The edge of the blade is perfectly crafted to grab and pull buttercream allowing for flawless strokes. I highly recommend investing in this tool if you are serious about cake decorating. Extra tipdon't use this blade to lift cakes, scoop buttercream and don't ever bang the blade on the side of a bowl to remove extra cream. These actions will damage your new best friend.
