PROfreshionals Grapefruit Knife, Stainless Steel Blade

This is the best grapefruit knife I have owned. Sharp and easy to use. The first time we used this knife we were too aggressive and caught some of the rind. (I was using it in the way I had used inferior grapefruit knives in the past.) The second time I learned how to use it and it is wonderful.

I previously ordered a double headed grapefruit knife from Amazon...what was I thinking. You need to hold the blade to use the opposite side of the knife, it's just downright dangerous. This is easy to hold, cuts well and can be easily found in a kitchen draw by it's yellow handle.

WHEN I GOT THIS ITEM, I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GREAT IT WAS, THE HANDLE IS PERFECT FOR GRABBING, AND THE EXTRA LONG BLADE SLICES AROUND THE GRAPEFRUIT PERFECTLY. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST ONE THAT I HAVE BOUGHT YET AND IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT WANTS A GRAPEFRUIT KNIFE TO GET THIS ONE.

received in a timely manner. Not what I expected though. It works, but not as I expected. I seem to have better luck with a regular knife.
