I agree with other reviewers that this icing knife works very well. Just wanted to note that the label on the knife I received says "CHINA", not "JAPAN" as shown in the photo.

This is a great little spatula. Perfect for icing your cakes or spreading your mayo. I like the wood handle and the flexible tongue. It's just the right weight and balance in your hand and the metal is the perfect flexibility. Not too stiff, not too soft. As Goldie Locks might say, "just right..."

And it's handsome. Looks nice when you use it. Your friends will think you're some kind of fancy chef or something like that.

If you are looking for an affordable (and thus far durable and dishwasher safe) icing spatula to help make your frosting look smooth and professional, look no further. This is a fabulous product. I bought two and using them together I can get crisp edges with my buttercream. Would buy again!
