Fibrox 9" Chef's Knife

After reading positive recviews on this knife, I decided to purchase it. It was everything the reviews made it out to be. VERY sharp and well balanced. At first I was concerned about the handle being slippery, but that went away the first time I was cutting a lot of wet vegetables.

I will be buying some other knifes in this series.
