great knife to tourne a vegetable. I learned how to tourne using a pairing knife but not the ideal turnout for my expectations. A must have if you are in culinary school.

I bought this to replace a cheapo stamped blade henckels i paid all of $4 for, what a difference, this knife actual feels solid in my hand, the blade is longer and it actually has a very nice tang on it, does tournets great

I am a Culinary Arts student participating in competition team, so the tournet knife is important as it is one of those nutty french cuts like the tournet

I bought this knife to replace a cheap "birds beak" knife that broke while I was using it. This knife is a 1/2" smaller than the one I replaced, but I love this knife because of that. This knife is much easier to handle for me. It is great for cleaning shrimp!!!

On this knife, the tang goes right through the handle (full tang), so the blade will not break away from the handle (as did the one I replaced).

The knife arrived much earlier than expected!!! I was surprised that it arrived so quickly!!!

I would recommend this knife to anyone!!!!
