Kuhn Rikon Classic Santoku Knives, Set of 2, Green and Red

What a great buy! I bought these for my dad a couple of years ago for father's day, and we take them with us whenever we go camping or have a day trip somewhere and BBQ. The colors of the knives are fun, the cases are great for traveling, and they are nice and sharp and easy to clean! Definitely a must have if you ever need to take a chopping knife anywhere!

out of the box extremely sharp but will dull quickly if used on a hard surfaced chopping block .. You must use a towel

when preparing vegies between the vegies and the surface ..will not buy again
