This was a very poorly made tool. I purchased the channel knife to create lemon flowers for my granddaughter open house and the knife pulled out of the holder after 3 lemons. Very disappointing

if you work at a bar like me it's a must have. you can make a twist out of anything in no time. perfect cuts every time and a nice looking twist to boot.

Sturdy and well made. Good value for the money. I can make a flower out of almost any vegetable. Washes perfectly in the dish washer as advertised.
