Zyliss Chef's Knife, 7.5-Inch, Blue

First of all, I can't believe the price of this knife!! I've used it for all kinds of vegetables and am so thrilled to have such a sharp chef's knife on hand. It cuts through fish, (both the meat and the skin), flawlessly which is something I really appreciate in a busy kitchen environment. Fish skin isn't always so easily dealt with, especially when you're looking for a clean cut. The fact that it is blue and has a really nice blade cover just adds to the value for me. I think it's awesome to be able to buy a knife this versatile without spending $75 dollars or more. Perfect!!

This is a sensational knife! It is lightweight but slices thru anything. It makes me look like a pro as I slice onions, peppers, even thru a London Broil. I especially like the protective sleeve so it is safe in the drawer. I would definitely buy others of this type in different sizes. A must have for any cook and well priced, too!

I recently bought the Zyliss Chef Knife and I absolutely love it. The color is great like nothing else I have in the kitchen which makes it so easy to find in the drawer. It comes with a protective cover which keeps the knife sharp and me from getting cut. Easy to clean (you can put it in the dishwasher). Most of all, it works really well! I have used this on bricks of cheese, apples, pears,and onions and had no problem slicing and dicing. It's definitely my favorite knife!!
