This is indeed a typical fine product from Victorinox but as a carving knife goes it's probably a little thin. (I had asked for the granton edge knife for Christmas and received this one instead from my wonderful wife.) The knife cuts easily but weaves off course as you slice through the meat. It's light as a feather and will work great with a bit more concentration on my part. Great conversation piece, too, when you're carving for a crowd.Save 5% Off
