Victorinox Swiss Classic 3-1/4-Inch Paring Knife with Spear Tip, Orange Handle

I love this paring knife so much that I purchased a second one to make sure that I will always have one handy. It is perfect in every way. The size is just right. The handle fits my hand like it was made for it and it is ergonomical. The blade is very sharp and shaped perfectly to cut through the hardest veggies, like carrots, without any effort at all. I really love the colors available, also. I have the orange and the pink colors. They are both beautiful. After so many years of wasting money on expensive paring knives that I didn't like, I am so happy now with the Victorinox knives and will never buy another brand again. I also purchased the utility knife and love it just as much as the paring knives. It is perfect for cutting larger veggies, like cabbage.

I was disappointed with this knife. The blade is not as thin and sharp as the review led me to believe. I have another pairing life that I like much better.
