At just over $2.00 each, these are a steal. Looking for a restaurant quality steak knife? This would be it. The blade is slightly flexible, just right for steaks, chops, undercooked broccoli (SP?). Am not certain they are dishwasher (home) safe, I hand wash all my knives out of habit. Check with the seller. The handle is the perfect size for just about any hand.
