Shun Ken Onion 4-Piece Steak Knife Set

I have purchased a Shun Ken Onion 4-Piece Steak Knife Set before from another source. I am very pleased with those knives, as I am sure I will be pleased with these. However, I was disappointed when the set arrived and they were in a black cardboard box instead of the bamboo box as depicted in the picture. I was giving these as a gift and the set would have made a better presentation in the bamboo box. I would hope that in the future, the picture of the set of knives would be shown in the box they will arrive in...so there is no misunderstanding or disappointment.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He has collected Ken Onion knives for decades, and enjoys having good knives in the kitchen as well. The amazon price could not be beat, and they arrived carefully packed and quickly. The knife handles are very fitted to your hand, and the blades show a slight pattern instead of being just shiny. Of course, they are very sharp and work wonderfully. The box is a nice looking box and a great way to store these very special knives. We have enjoyed using then several times already!

According to KAI USA, manufacturer of this product, Model KOS0400 is a set that includes a Bamboo storage/presentation box:This box was NOT included in my order. Amazon should change the picture and disclose the box is not included even though the manufacturer lists that the exact part number includes the presentation box. This is misleading.
