This is a good quality tart ring at a reasonable price. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the price tag on the inner side of the ring. The adhesive didn't come off cleanly at all, I had to rub it off with solvent. I don't understand why anyone would put that kind of adhesive on the area of a product that's going to be touching food.
