Mercer Millenia M22306 6-Inch Boning Knife - Stiff

This is the best knife I have used To date. My daughter, a chef, recommended it, and I am so very glad she did. Unfortunately, hers came with a protective sheath while mine did not.

I have never used a boning knife before and this one is a real treat. I has remained sharp after several weeks of use and allows very precise cuts.
