Great boning knife, I bought it after reading one of Alton Brown's books where he recommended it. High quality tool, razor sharp edge that cuts chicken with ease, and the price can't be beat. I'm a big fan of fully forged cutlery but for a boning knie all that extra heft is not only unnecessary it's cumbersome. If you need a boning knife this is the way to go.Save 34% Off
