Mundial 5100 Series 10-Inch Slicer Knife with Hollow Edge, Black

I have used Mundial knives for over 15 years now and decided to replace the most used ones these being the slicer, cooks and carving knives not that they really needed replaceing but Amazon did have an excelent special on at the time so these have been put away for when emergency strikes

Mundial 5100 Series 10-inch Slicer with Granton Edge is a good knife. It's still new so it is razor sharp as one would expect. This knife is NOT fully forged as most of the other Mundial 5100 Series knivesthe blade is rather thin and light weight. Also, the handle feels small to me.

Only time will tell if this was a worthwhile purchase.
