LamsonSharp Mini Masher

Our kitchen has very limited storage space so I began an organizing project with the hope that I could easily find what I needed when I needed it. The utensil drawer was especially troublesome crammed full and so disorganized. I measured the utensils and the drawer carefully, discarded items I didn't really need, and went to the container store. I just used it for the first time this week what an amazing difference this masher made to my mashed potatoes. They were so much smoother. The oval head shape gets into all the pot's curves. This works really nicely mashing potatoes, does a very nice thorough job, and even better to break up ground meat when browning. It does not take a lot of pressure like the older kind my Mom had because the prongs are sharp edged, not rounded. And made in USA, can't beat that!
