I bought this Victorinox butcher knife and I love it! My mom had a knife this brand and I am getting ready to get married and just couldn't leave the house without a knife similar to it. Not only is it great to butcher but even to just slice onions or tomatoes or anything that you need to cut. It is super sharp and stays sharp!
