I purchased this chest from Amazon for my daughter. It is beautiful. Great quality wood and workmanship, and made in the USA. When I have looked at the imports that have been in the stores and some on Amazon, at a much higher price, there is NO comparison. I was so impressed, I bought another for a gift. Even the hardware is of fine quality. If you are looking for a roomy chest, this is a high quality one.

This is a heavy, quality item, beautifully made. You need to measure the area of where you want to store it. It did not fit in my cabinet due to the handles so I had to place it in my kitchen cabinetry in the deepest cabinet I had.

I needed a silver chest to replace the one I'd received when I originally got my silver 40yrs ago. I wanted a wooden chest with a drawer, that I knew. This chest is beautiful and everything I hoped it would be. The felt inside is thick enough and the workmanship of the chest is very good. I thought I might want a dark wood but am really glad I chose the lighter oak. And the price I got it for was amazing. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this product!!
