I usually try to give products a fair review by testing them and analyzing their pros and cons. In this case, I did the same, but could not give this product a good or even neutral review. This is probably the cheapest made set of flatware I have ever bought.First, Amazon sent me the wrong product, not once, but twice! But, that's beside the point and I simply wanted to share with you a bit of information about the shipping and receiving experience...moving on.
This set is light, but not light in a good way, it is so cheap and thin, a child was able to bend a spoon. They do look good, but that's about it for its "pros".
Besides being thin and cheap, these had rust in them in less than two months. Let me be clear and so you understand that this is not due to human error or lack of care; I, like many here, keep my flatware in a kitchen drawer, inside a wood finish (some may use plastic or baskets) flatware holder that has dividers for knives, spoons, etc. and I always keep both the drawer and the holder moist and dirt/crumbs free, I always dry my flatware before putting it away. I'm a very picky person when it comes to items that will have contact with my food, so I alway pay extra attention to things like that.
So after less than two months, I noticed rust on the butter knives, which then spreaded to some of the spoons. The knives in particular, had rust where the blade is and at the top of the handle, where the blade meets it. The spoons had rust mostly at the handles.
This was meant to be as an extra set that would eventually replace my aging old set. So I mixed all of them in the same container. The old set I have did not have a single spot of rust in them, none. I've had them for at least 7 years, never a problem. My old set is sturdy, not very good looking, but simple, useful and durable. This new flatware set reminds me of cheap items one would find at a dollar store.
Save your money or spend it on a higher quality set. These are NOT quality pieces. Again, I always try to be fair, but in this case, "looks" is the only good thing about this set, and quite honestly, even the 1 star rating seems a bit too high.
Final note: This of course, is my own experience with this set, that I thought you should all know about. Good luck.

for the price they're attractive enough and there is a large quantity, BUT they're super flimsy, i didn't even bother taking mine out of the box and returned them...went to Ikea and got their "dragon" flatware for less.I purchased this product thinking that it was exactly what was pictured; boy was I wrong. Don't buy this item if you think what you see is what you get. The flatware doesn't look anything like the picture.
