New Zhen Multi-Purpose Utility kitchen Shears 9", 6 in 1 Scissor

I recently bought a knife set that came with a pair of shears, but I was disappointed in the functionality. They would probably work fine on food, but I tend to use heavy duty kitchen shears on all manner of things only occasionally on food. I did a fair amount of research and bought these and have been very happy with them. Tons of functionality on a single pair of shears, very sharp (and can cut paper just as handily as food items), and easy to take apart for cleaning or, as I've discovered, to use a single half of the shear as a knife. And you have to open the shears wide enough that they don't come apart during normal use. Very happy customer... :)
