I love the Matfer Whisks with the Black Plastic handle, the Piano Wire is Thick and Strong, it does not bend. The whisk is as good as a food processor in your hand. Well worth the money, buy a 12" and 18" and you'll be set for the rest of your life. The Joke is I use the 18" to mix up concrete, wash it off, then use it to mix my Beer Cheese Soup, I'm a Multi-Tasker.
