Zyliss Paring Knife, 3.5-Inch, Orange

I have used my 3.5-inch paring knife several times already and I only just got it. It is nice and sharp and easy and light weight. The knife sleeve is nice because it stores easily and safely in the drawer. PLUS it's my favorite color, orange, so what's not to like.

First of all, I love the color of this knife! It's super easy to find and the size is perfect for my smaller hands. The knife cuts great so far. I have only had it a few weeks, but it's super smooth and perfect for cutting smaller items with difficult angles. Much easier to use than a traditional large chef's knife. I also really like the fact that it comes with a blade cover for storage purposes. I do not have any extra room in my knife block, so it works out great that I can keep the knife in a drawer!
