Wusthof Gourmet 6-Inch Serrated Utility Knife

I bought this to complete my series of training wusthof knives, it is great only observation is that it is a little small, you have to remember that this is a gourmet series and that means that it is stamped steel, so it's light, but otherwise it's a nice ad on to another set of knives

This is our second of this knife.not because the first wore out or broke but because when my husband & I cook together we both want to use it. Now we'll each have one!

This was a substitute for a knife that was given to me by my mother in law. That knife was lost and I truly missed it. This was the closest I could come to replacing it and I've been very very happy with it. It suits all the needs I require for it.

Wusthof forged serrated knifes are some of the most useful that we own. This one, however, is stamped steel, not forged. It is fine for use at a vacation home, for example, or as a spare, but not as pleasing for regular kitchen use as the forged ones are.
