Swissmar Cheese Knife, Semi-soft, Stainless Steel

Not only are the swiss-cheese-like holes in the knife a conversation-starter, but this knife cuts cheese really well and not just semi-soft, but harder cheeses too. It slices through quickly and easily, without the cheese sticking to the knife. We've picked up two more from the Swissmar line since using this knife and will probably continue to build our collection.

Amazon does not always give a good description of a product (in fact sometimes no description at all). This product is probably good for certain types of cheese but it does not work for the type I have (very soft brick type). That is my fault not the fault of Amazon.
