Russell International Cutlery, Paring Knife, Clip Point 3"

I purchased this little knife as a companion to the larger chef's knife. I read about them in a NYT article by Mark Bittman. He wrote that for a small amount of money, you can buy a well made knife that holds an edge, sharpens easily and cleans up with little effort. He was spot on with this knife. I own many high end knives but I find myself more often reaching in the drawer for this one.
