I am very impressed with Chicago Cutlery. I have four pieces now and would compare them to knives costing hundreds more. These knives are of the highest quality. They hold their edge very well and are very easy to hone for maximum sharpness when needed. The handles present a easy to grip feel and are very comfortable in your hand. My first Chicago Cutlery knives were the basics with the wooden handles which I still have and use daily. The Chicago Cutlery Fusion series seems to bring out the Professional Chef in me. LOL I would highly recommend the Chicago Cutlery Fusion series to anyone looking for a quality set of knives to command their kitchen.
