Victorinox Paring, Wavy, Small, White Nylon, 3.25 in.

Absolutely the best paring knife ever made. The knife I was replacing was so old it had totally lost it's serrated edge and I had despaired of ever finding another like it. This knife is perfect...like a little razor blade. I ordered several...one for my sis, one for our house at the lake, and one to keep in reserve for myself so as to never be without it again! Sounds silly, but my kitchen doesn't run without this knife!

I love these wavy paring knives and have bought several of the Victorinox now. They're a great size, the white handle looks clean and crisp and makes it super easy to find in the drawer and the blade is sharp and stays sharp a long time. This is the one I look for first for all those little tasks. It's also great for finely chopping things, not just paring. I like these so much that I bought some for my (adult) kids and they all enjoy and use them as much as I do. Came with a sleeve but we are too lazy to use it! :-)

It's hard to tell in the picture, but this is a serrated-edge knife. I've used Victorinox paring knives for years, and love them.. . . especially due to the cost. But I've only recently started using the serrated-edge paring knife. I find that this knife works especially well for cutting citrus items like lemons and limes. But I think you'll find that it works well for lots of other items as well. Certainly you want to be careful with all knives, but especially with this one. Cuts with a serrated knife are especially nasty and painful.
