These are very high quality and sharp knives. I was planning to buy the Henkels Four Star II, but didn't like the weight of the handles in my hands. After doing much research, I decided order and try the Victorinox knives since they had ergonomic handles, and they felt perfect in my hands. These knives should be sold in more local stores!

Until you have a great high carbon steel, well balanced forged knife in your hand, it is impossible to understand how wonderful it is. Victorinox knives are produced by the same company that manufactures Swiss Army knives, and it has been in the business of making cutlery since 1884. There are other very good knives on the market, but I searched out all of the best companies and settled on these. In my opinion, they are the best knives on the market. And most importantly, my wife absolutely loves them.

All companies produce lesser knives. We have owned stamped metal Victorinox knives, and they are great for what they are. But there is no comparison search these out. No one should invest in this type of quality without performing due diligence. You may decide that you don't need to spend this type of money for this type of quality, but I am confident that you won't find a better line of kitchen knives than Victorinox forged.

These knives are a whole lot bigger than they look in the picture, they are huge, well balanced, tough and beautiful. Some of the best cutlery I have ever seen. I wish I would have bought the set with the entire steak knife collection, I will have to purchase these later. Wonderful knives, recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking.
