I just received it yesterday and tried it out with mincing shallots. It's great, I love it. It's definitely easy to use, not that shallots are ordinarily difficult to chop, but hey. Seems like it would be best for that type of thing, mincing fresh herbs and such. It's very sharp.Save 17% Off
