Kyocera KC Classic Series 3-Inch White Paring Knife

I purchased this knife as an accessory to the Kyocera Chief's Ceramic knife for the smaller jobs. So far I have used it to peel oranges and apples and it works like a charm. Extremely sharp and does an excellent job.
