I have owned this knife for over four months now. I am very pleased with its performance. I bought it primarily to use as a bread knife since I have baked over fifty loaves in the past year, but don't be fooled. This is a great knife for all types of uses. I like the fact that it didn't break the bank and has held up very well. It exceeded my expectations.
