This Knife is amazing. I use it to cut bread and fruits. However, my family uses it to cut pretty much everything I am very satisfied with it because even my mother who has arthritis can easily cut with this knife.

My neighbor bakes his own bread which he is kind enough to share with us. It has a wonderful hard crust on it. The bread knife that I owned did not enable me to cut the bread into nice slices. My neighbor then lent me his Dexter knife and it was wonderful, so I decided to purchase my own. It makes cutting very very easy and is comfortable to use. The handle is very easy to grasp and non-slip. I liked the small chef's knife so much that I ordered the other three types (regular, large chef's knife, bread and paring knife.
