Pros : The knife is very sharp

Cons : Very short handle. Very thin steel. Too light.

I purchased this knife because it was very hard to find 7 inch chef's knife which is not a santoku type knife.

The first problem with this knife is that the handle is very short (4 1/4 inch) so you can't hold it in your hand comfortablythe first two fingers will slide forward and be resting on a blade which is very dangerous.

The second problem is that the blade is too thin (2mm) which makes the knife too light forcing you to press harder while cutting.

I'm returning mine.
