Zyliss Dessert Knife

I bought this knife based off of the reviews. I wanted a knife that would cut lettuce as well as not scratch my pans when baking bars.

Great knife that works exactly as described without damaging nonstick surfaces. Not sure why it's pink but who cares. It works.

I think I will like this dessert knife. But how is it any different from the lettuce knife? I can't tell the difference and they are both the same color.

I love the way this cuts sticky desserts. Crumbs don't stick to it so it's easy to get a perfectly cut brownie or piece of cake or whatever you baked. Also cuts lasagna cleanly.
