Rarely do I write reviews, especially about cutting boards! Lets face it we use them to just cut food, right? That's what I thought until I realized all the cutting boards I own are big, bulky, plastic, heavy and ugly. I thought how cool would it be to have a cutting board made of wood that can go in the dishwasher, store neatly in the cupboard, and be able to present food on in case I wanted to impress some upscale guests:) As much as I love the look of artisan made cutting boards made of exotic layers of wood, the last thing I want to do is make sure it is 100% dry then rub it with oil. On the bottom of my "to do" list is cutting board maintenance. This cutting board requires no maintenance, looks great and does not dull my knives. I love that I can use it as a hot pad too just follow the directions though not over 325 degrees. Our old cutting boards are an embarrassing decade old I didn't know a new one could make me so happy :) This was a great purchase and I am also happy to buy something environmentally friendly and made in the USA to boot!

I ordered this because I needed to replace those flimsy color-coded boards that began to show their age instantly and then proceeded to warp. I'm a busy, not always fabulous, cook that needs a workhorse to stand up to constant use/abuse. I got this two weeks ago and it has been in the dishwasher at least once a day, every day. In this house we make a different meal for every member of the family (food sensitivities) and this little board has proven it's value hands down. Why do I like it? Because all of the things I hate about my other boards don't happen with this one. It doesn't mark with my knives or warp, doesn't slide around on the counter while I'm working, nor does it hold onto oil or smells. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice cutting board. It's light enough to pick up with one hand and carry to the stove. It doesn't have a large handle hole that food can fall into. It doesn't have too much "give" under the blade so it allows for fast knife work. The only issue I've had is that it's so smooth that it can slip under heavy force (this doesn't happen during normal chopping though). So I'll keep my old butcher block for big cleaver work but otherwise this is my go-to board.

I have several cutting boards and have tried different brands but usually end up unhappy with my purchase. They either don't live up to their promises or get worn or stained or dull my knives. My favorite had been my Corian cutting board because it looks so nice but it is too small and also very heavy and very hard on my knives. My other boards were easy on my knives but didn't hold up well.

This environmentally friendly board is terrific!! It's lightweight, low maintenance and I can throw it into the dishwasher. It is also longer than some boards so your food doesn't fall off the edge when you are chopping which was always an annoyance for me in the past. The small round hole on the end makes it easy to grab too or enables you to hang it if you prefer.

I hadn't thought of using it to serve food on but when it arrived I saw how very attractive it is. There is a nice logo and quote in one corner which adds a decorative touch. It also comes with a great recipe and the suggestions for substituting ingredients was very helpful. Yum!

I have been using the cutting board every day for multiple purposes and am very happy I bought one! It's a beautiful new addition to my kitchen tools.

I use Amazon regularly living in abroad and have ever left feedback for anything I've purchased. I have to say that this cutting board is amazing. I've struggled with bamboo cracking or plastic warping, particularly with the various weather conditions (and kitchen conditions) of places I've lived. This is rockin' and easy to use. Maybe not aesthetically as gorgeous but works in a "restoration" or "raw" materials kind of way, which happens to be totally in right now. Lay it out and chop away.
