We do a lot of juicing and my hands were really getting torn up from the citrus fruits and peeling them. Since getting this wonderful tool, it is no longer an issue. It is even designed with a part of it made to get the peeling started without any effort. I am so happy we found this.

The cutting edge was far less sharp than I was expecting so I had to dig down into the pith to make lemon curls for martinis. I think Williams-Sonoma may carry a peeler with a sharper edge -I've used it at a friend's house and it was more conducive to peeling just the top layer of the lemon.

This citrus peeler does the job well. It makes short work of peeling an orange. I haven't tried it on other citrus yet, but it's a handy little gadget to have.
