These are simply amazing!

They are weighted very nicely, and have an amazing edge.

Just gave away my CutCo. Yes you saw that correctly, These pushed out my previous CutCo knives. We gave them to a friend after purchasing these because we felt these were way better!

They are forged metal and seem to hold their edge nicely.

Also these are the highest rated (Cutting performance, Handle comfort, Handle balance) on Consumer Reports, but due to their high price they knocked down the overall score to 2nd instead of first place.
