Ergo Chef Pro-Series Duo Tongs, Black

I love these tongs! These are about the 5th set of tongs that I've tried, and they are the only ones that have actually allowed me to hold the food without dropping it. I don't know how many times a whole boiled chicken has slipped off the tongs, splashing me with scalding water. Now I FINALLY have some tongs that won't do that!! They are also great for picking up food that requires more dexterity (if I can use that word related to tongs), like bacon.

I recently received the Ergo Chef Duo Thong and I really like them! They worked in my stainless steel stove top grill and in my non-stick pans. I grilled up sausages and cut them into thick circular pieces. The thongs grabbed each individual piece easily and I could turn them one by one without any difficulty. But what I didn't expect and really loved, was how many pieces I could grab inside the tongs and take out of the pan. I didn't have to take out one at a time. These tongs have a nice curve to each side that grabs a lot of product and holds it while you transfer out of the pan. I would highly recommend these as a kitchen must!!

I have a similar item without the black gipping material, these are so much better, easy to use and wash up so well. They are essential to have in the kitchen. Very durable yet light weight, and best of all they lay relatively flat in my utensil drawer. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

These tongs grip easily. Very sturdy and strong, but not heavy. Easily cleans up well by hand. Drains unnecessary liquid while turning foods. Very happy!
