Deglon 15-Inch Pro Bread Knife with Wood Handle

I purchased this knife from the Poilane bakery in Paris some 15 years ago. It has been not only the best bread knife that I would want to own, but also carries great memories of the bakery as well. Patrons lined up outside the bakery were the first indication that I was at the world famous bakery.
