These knives are made in China, look it and certainly live up to the bad rep. It even says it on the blade. I wish the ad would have disclaimed this fact. I despise the deceiving. You may end up just using them to cut soft food.

These knives are very sturdy, pleasant looking and the cost was unbeatable! Finish is bright, just as described. This set completed my set of silverware.
