Victorinox Swiss Army 3-Piece Paring Knife Set, White

In case you'd like to know what you're buying, the set contains two 3 1/4 inch knives, one straight and one serrated, and one 2 1/4 inch knife, straight. The handles are plastic, not Fibrox (as far as I can tell). They are nice and sharp. One of the knife tips had pierced the packaging in transit! They are exactly what I wanted: lightweight, sharp paring knives that I could keep on the counter and use to cut everything from cheese to bananas.

I've had these for a few years now and they are excellent. I have not had to sharpen them yet and the smallest blade is great for pealing oranges and lemons.

Longer is good for shaving cheese. They get used more often than I would have imagined. The handles are made of a very sturdy plastic and hold up well to dishwasher. Don't need to be oiled like wooden handles. Good purchase for the price.
