I use this knife all the time, it's very sharp and very high quality. It feels solid in your hand and sturdy. It was a replacement for another of the same knife that had rust on it. But that was my fault since I would leave it in my sink with water on it. My current knife gets cleaned and dried off after every single use, and has remained pristine.

Sharp and feels so sturdy in the hand. Works wonderfully even through butternut squash. This time round bought a knife sharpener so hope this knife lasts for years.
