cant keep a edge for more than a cut or two. it seems to be too thin to maintain the proper edge to cut brisket for me. i had to shelve it and bring out the electric knife. Just to let you know if you are thinking.... My briskets always place in the top 5 with more 1sts than 5ths... So they aren't tough or overcooked.

These are super sharp... They cut great, however if your going to buy one spend a few extra dollars and buy the blade guard to keep someone from getting cut.

For the price you can't go wrong. I don't tlike the white handle but it is easy to over look that given the price and overall quality of the knife.

The item was shipped quickly, the knife was advertised as 14" usually that included the handle but not this one. Its the length of the blade. They should have indicated that. The blade is not too sharp either.
