We got the Rachel Ray Knife Set for a gift. We love the sharpness and handle grip. When it came to this utility knife we have tried it on everything we cut to find a use for it. None. It states for tomatoes, but I disagree. It will not cut one straight. It will always leave your tomato angled when you finish. I would leave this knife out of the set and add a different knife.
