Sabatier 4 Inch Forged Stainless Paring Knife Made in France

i bought this particular knife to replace a Sabatier 3" paring carbon steel knife I have had 30 years. It is worn and thin but still serving my needs. However I felt I needed a replacement and and very pleased with this one. Thesse knives are not to be put in the dishwasher, but washed and dried by hand; however the attributes far outweigh that necessity. They are invaluable to ome.

We're very pleased with the knife. We have the almost identical one, along with other Sabatier, but they are all over 40 years old and have been sharpened many times. Needless to say we were hoping this one would be the same quality, and yes, it is. Thank you for the great service and fast delivery.
