One of the best, and easy to use, paring knives I've ever owned. Bought my first at local gun store some years ago, and recently wanted a couple more. Couldn't find them locally. Finally went to Amazon.com and found plenty there, at reasonable prices. This particular design is extremely useful for dealing with round fruits, veggies. I even use them for some fine work in field dressing wild game. Since it's Victorinox (Swiss Army Knife), it's excellent quality, sharp blade. I'll continue using them so long as they're available, and will look to Amazon. first, next time. SWaMBO also loves this kitchen knife.
